1 Introduction and Scope of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") apply to the ou77 website, mobile platform, and all related services. Whether you browse, register an account, or play in any form — any use of ou77 services means you have fully accepted these Terms.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks (same for all methods).
• Payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.
• You must use only your own registered payment account for deposits. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Deposits are credited to your player account in due course, but ou77 has no control over processing times on the bank or payment provider's side.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method you used to deposit.
• ou77 aims to process withdrawals within 1 hour of the request, but this may take longer until KYC verification is complete.
• If bonus funds are involved, you must meet the specified wagering requirement before withdrawing.

3.3 Fees

ou77 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform side. However, ou77 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment service provider.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at ou77, you will receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 10x the bonus amount.

Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you get a 20,000 Ks bonus, making your balance 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once. ou77 will detect and block any attempts to claim it through multiple accounts.
• If a player with an active bonus balance requests a withdrawal, the remaining bonus will be forfeited.
• The specific terms of each individual promotion apply as stated on the relevant promotion page.
• ou77 may change or cancel promotions without prior notice.

4.3 Refer a Friend Promotion

When you refer a friend and they make their first deposit, you will receive 8% of that deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per person. You will also earn 0.1% of your referred players' valid wagers as a weekly commission.

5 VIP Levels and Cashback

The ou77 VIP program has 5 levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond. As players wager more, they move up levels and earn higher weekly cashback rates.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Cashback can only be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable VIP terms. ou77 reserves the right to modify the VIP program at any time.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ou77 platform:

• Using another person's personal information or payment method
• Collusion with others to unfairly claim bonuses
• Using software tools, bots, or automation to exploit the gaming system
• Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that amounts to money laundering
• Any cyber attack or hacking activity that could disrupt the service
• Abusive or hostile behavior toward staff or other players

If any of these violations are found, ou77 has the right to close the account and forfeit any remaining balance.
